What is needed for building legalisation?For the procedure it is necessary to prepare the prescribed technical and other documentation, which depends on the condition of the building and whether it is recorded in the cadastre. ING-VICTUS prepares the as-built survey and, where required, the statement on mechanical resistance and stability, while the geodetic documentation is prepared by a licensed geodesist where required.
